Common Questions
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book directly with any of our consultants, and most patients do. If you're using private medical insurance your insurer may still ask for a referral, so it's worth checking your policy before you book.
How quickly can I be seen?
We hold appointments for urgent concerns and can often see you within a few days. Call 020 7751 4488 and tell reception it's urgent, and they'll find you the earliest slot.
What can I book online?
Online booking covers a new consultation, a combined consultation and scan, and a telephone or video consultation. For follow-ups, coil appointments, standalone scans and procedures, please call us on 020 7751 4488.
What does an appointment cost?
A new consultation is £300, or £475 combined with a scan. Follow-ups and procedures vary, so please see our fees page or call us for a quote.
Do you accept private medical insurance?
Yes, we work with all the major UK insurers including Bupa, Aviva, Vitality, WPA and Cigna. Insured appointments are booked over the phone rather than online, and you'll need your policy details and pre-authorisation ready.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give us as much notice as you can. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a charge, which is set out in full in our terms and conditions.
