Hello, I’m Dr Sarah Wali, a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist in London. I provide specialist private care in women’s health, from screening and diagnostics to medical and surgical treatment, always with a focus on safety, comfort, and compassion.

I know that 1 in 4 women has experienced trauma or distressing experiences, and many feel anxious about gynaecological exams. My approach is modern, pain-free, and compassionate — every woman deserves dignity, patience, and effective pain relief.

I manage a wide range of conditions, from benign issues and early pregnancy concerns to early-stage gynaecological cancers, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide personalised, evidence-based care.

I also offer a one-stop diagnostic service — ultrasound, colposcopy, and outpatient hysteroscopy — so we can quickly understand what’s going on, relieve symptoms, and help you get back to your normal life. Many treatments, like removing small fibroids or polyps from the lining of the womb, coil fitting or removal, or pessary insertion, can even be done at your first appointment. I also perform minimally invasive day-case laparoscopic surgery for fast recovery.
